HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT
THE 100 WORKOUT
  1. Do 100 jumping jacks.
  2. Do 90 crunches
  3. Do 80 squats 
  4. Do 70 leg lifts
  5. Do 60 jumping jacks 
  6. Do 50 crunches 
  7. Do 40 squats 
  8. Do 30 leg lifts 
  9. Do 20 jumping jacks
  10. Run for 10 minutes
