Chest and Triceps

Plank

Lie down on your stomach and put your hands palm down and shoulder-width apart on the floor. Push up so that your body is flat like a board, your arms are extended and your toes are pressed against the floor. Hold for 30 seconds. Don’t let your butt push out, suck your stomach in. If possible, repeat after resting 30 seconds.

Chest Stretch

Sit on your feet, lace your fingers behind your back and push your chest into the air. Breathe deeply

Girl Push Ups

Get into pushup position with your knees on the floor and your ankles crossed and off the ground. Do 10 push-ups, rest for 20 seconds, and then repeat.

Triceps Stretch

Put your right arm up into the air and then bend it at the elbow like you were trying to touch the middle of your back. Push that arm down with the opposite hand till it stretches. Then switch.
